  • i’m sorry we do not. our work is about our expression and vision. the unpredictable nature of our firing process does not cater to full control of our final results, this is another reason custom work is not paired well with our methods.

  • our main focus is stocking and selling directly from our brick-and-mortar. we believe in building relationships through the in-store experience. we also place importance on the tactile experience of touching and holding your ware before you purchase.

    we do have a tremendous appreciation for our online community of supporters and in an effort to reach those of you who can not travel our way, we are doing our best to release small online updates after each new kiln unload.

    the long and the short of it is, we do sell online but the frequency and volume is not easily determined in advance. stay connected through our socials or join our mailing list for the most current studio news.

  • we care deeply about growing and sharing knowledge in the clay community. if you have questions that we can answer through email correspondence we are here to help!

    we do not offer lessons or teach workshops.

  • we operate first come, first served. this creates equal opportunity for all.

    this policy has been with us since we opened our doors in 2014 and has proven to be the best practice for managing our supply and demand issue. we are working with a slow art medium in a fast paced world.

  • during our open season (spring to very early dec) we are open 11 to 5 wed - sat.

    we do not offer appointments outside of business hours.

  • the brick-and-mortar is our main gig for this reason we do not participate in shows.

  • our functional wares are food safe. each piece has been tested for any potential glaze flaws post-firing. unglazed surfaces are food safe. we fire to high temperatures ensuring the clay bodies we use are vitrified.

    expect variation to the surface of wood soda fired ceramics, this is a direct result of the atmospheric firing process. glaze crazing is also common and safe for use.

    our work is safe for use in the dishwasher. we do not recommend the microwave.
