hello.

update: Oct 3, 2024

there is something rejuvenating about this fall. the sun is warm but the grass and the trees are still so lush and green. i see only small gestures that nature is getting ready to settle into the shorter, cooler days ahead.

i feel a sense of urgency to not be tricked by the delayed decay of the season. the garden beckons and plans for next season’s planting are already sowing and rooting. the landscape of this humble homestead is forever changing. i wonder if i try to do too much or not enough?

although my pull is to the garden. i managed to spend some time this afternoon photographing pots. for now, you will find our guest potters’ work online (also available in our brick-and-mortar). i will continue to add more work from our fellow potter peers and of our own work.

we are in production for our final wood fire before the holiday season. the brick-and-mortar is currently well-stocked with mugs, bowls, teapots, vases, and other tablewares. now is a great time to get ahead start on gift giving ideas.

if there is anything that gets posted in my social media feed that interests you please send me an email or dm there is always the possibility to arrange a sale through that platform.

thank you for your continued support and patience. our gratitude toward you is endless.

love, j + r

we hope the following tips set you up for a successful online experience.

if you haven’t visited us yet this year. please do. we’d love to see you. also, you may not know we have invited a few potter friends to showcase their work in our gallery space. we invited the queen of surface - lesley mcinally; husband and wife wood-fire duo - lisa barry + matt mihik, and their apprentice - lara elliot. a small selection of their work has been added to the online shop.
